A Beginning That Came from a Need

The idea for the School of Hospitality & Management Technology didn’t come from a boardroom or a formal plan. It came from a simple question we kept asking ourselves:

What happens to these children after basic education?

At Spark of Hope, we have always believed that education is not just about reading and writing. It is about preparing a child for life, giving them the confidence, the skills, and the opportunity to stand on their own feet. Over the years, we saw many bright students completing their basic education, but struggling to find direction afterward. That is where this initiative began, from a real gap, and a real need.

Hospitality is one of the fastest-growing industries in Pakistan and around the world. It is an industry built on skills, discipline, personality, and communication, not just degrees.

What This Program Offers

The School of Hospitality & Management Technology is designed to provide practical, industry-focused training that prepares students for real-world opportunities.

Students are trained in:

Food & Beverage (F&B) Service - restaurant service, table setup, guest handling
Front Office / Reception - guest welcome, check-in basics, communication
Customer Service & Communication Skills - professional interaction, confidence building
Personal Grooming & Professional Behavior - appearance, posture, etiquette
Housekeeping Basics - cleanliness standards, room setup
Kitchen Fundamentals - basic food preparation, hygiene, and safety
Hospitality Operations - understanding how hotels and service environments work
Introduction to Tourism Industry - exposure to travel, hotels, and guest experience

More than anything, we focus on confidence building, because for many of our students, this is their first step into a professional environment.
